Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive / Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in administrative
support, calendar and email management, and documentation organization.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and coordinate executives’ calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling
appointments efficiently.
● Oversee and organize email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and
prioritization.
● Maintain and manage documentation, records, and reports in an organized manner.
● Handle bookkeeping tasks, including managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling
transactions, and generating financial reports using QuickBooks.
● Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, financial data, and reports in Excel.
● Assist with expense tracking, budgeting, and financial analysis as needed.
● Support day-to-day administrative operations, including handling office supplies, vendor
communications, and general organizational tasks.
● Provide general support to the leadership team on special projects and strategic
initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
● Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
● Strong bookkeeping knowledge and experience with QuickBooks.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling is a plus).
● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
● Experience working in a fast-paced startup or IT consulting environment is a plus.
