About the Role
A growing technology company is seeking a Senior Account Executive fluent in both English and Spanish (C1+), with proven experience in agency environments, professional services, or consulting. This position centers on building strong client relationships, understanding unique business needs, and identifying genuine growth opportunities—not simply meeting sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage qualified leads.
Conduct thoughtful conversations to understand client pain points.
Qualify prospects and schedule introductory calls.
Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools (e.g., Close CRM).
Communicate clearly and professionally via email, Loom, Slack, and video calls.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
Continuously improve sales approaches and messaging.

Requirements
Fluent (C1+) English and Spanish communication skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Executive within an agency, professional services, or consulting environment.
Demonstrated ability to quickly build rapport and trust with prospects.
Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales tools.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Interest or knowledge in technology and artificial intelligence is considered an advantage.
