About the role:
We’re building a creator-led, values-driven brand — and we need an Influencer & UGC Operations Manager to scale our production engine. You’ll take ownership of the entire UGC and influencer workflow: sourcing, outreach, product sends, contracts, asset QA, and campaign delivery. This role is built for someone who thrives on process design, operational efficiency, and hands-on execution, while also bringing a sharp editorial eye to ensure that every asset aligns with brand standards and resonates with our audience. You’ll leverage tools like SARAL, Archive, GPT, Descript, Airtable, and Notion to keep the pipeline moving and deliver high-volume, campaign-ready creative at scale.

Responsibilities:
Conduct AI-assisted outreach to 40–50 new creators per week using SARAL, Archive, and GPT.
Manage 20+ weekly product sends, contracts, and briefing communications.
Use GPT and Descript to QA, tag, and script video asset variations.
Curate and nurture a recurring ambassador pool of 15–20 creators per quarter.
Maintain Airtable creator pipeline with Notion + automation tools (Zapier/Make).
Deliver 300+ UGC assets/month, including 250+ QA’d and campaign-ready assets.
Collaborate with paid media, email, and organic teams to plug UGC into key campaigns.

Requirements:
3+ years in influencer marketing, UGC ops, or brand partnerships for DTC apparel/lifestyle brands
Deep familiarity with tools like SARAL, Archive, Notion, Descript, and Airtable
Exceptional taste and judgment in UGC — understands how to translate a brief into elevated content.
Comfortable with automation and high-output workflows.
Hyper-organized, excellent communicator, strong brand fit.
