About the Role:
Candidate will be responsible for making outbound follow-up calls to leads from LinkedIn, job boards, and ZoomInfo, as well as sending follow-up emails. The goal is to book 10 new client meetings per month. This position reports directly to the founder/CEO, focusing on education and nonprofit clients in NYC/NJ. The team operates fully remote and uses Bullhorn as the CRM.

- Assist with monthly sales initiatives such as email blasts
- Perform other duties as assigned
Desirable Previous Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in sales, HR, or recruitment
