⚙️ Key Responsibilities |
English:
• Design and configure software for robot fleet and fulfillment systems.
• Implement system solutions on Linux servers and manage SQL databases.
• Conduct API and functional testing with clients (integration between Geekplus and client systems).
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide remote/onsite support for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Develop SOPs and deliver user training on system operation and exception handling.
• Track and resolve user issues following SLAs.
• Communicate effectively with clients via calls, emails, or chat.
• Collaborate with global teams and close out implementation checklists.
🧩 Required Skills & Experience |
English:
• 0–2 years of experience or Bachelor’s in MIS, Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related.
• Strong in SQL databases and Linux systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Willing to travel up to 50% (domestic and international within Chile).
• Based in Santiago, Chile.
