MISSION:
This position has a crucial role in the execution of operations and providing support in the management of our investment strategies.

RESPONSABILITIES:
1. Trade Execution: Execute equity and fixed income trades efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and our internal best execution standards.
2. Collaboration: Work closely with the trading team, portfolio managers, and research analysts to implement trading strategies.
3.Technology Utilization: Utilize trading platforms (Bloomberg, MarketAxess, Refinitiv, etc.) and technology tools effectively to optimize trade execution.
4.Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, news, and developments, and provide insights to assist in trading decisions.
5. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with sell-side traders, brokers, and dealers to gain insights into market trends and the daily dynamics of the financial industry.
6. Internal Reporting: Develop internal reports to analyze trading strategies, methods, and market scenarios, with the goal of continuous improvement and optimization.
7. Trade Settlement: When necessary, assist Operations team to oversee trade settlement processes, including trade confirmation and reconciliation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
2. Advanced English proficiency is required, Portuguese proficiency encouraged.
3. Strong interest in financial markets and trading strategies.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
