At HRGROWIN, a talent attraction consultancy, we are looking for the next Bilingual English Finance Lead for a world-leading company in fruit production and marketing. If you are a professional with at least 3 years of experience, and you have a bachelor's degree in a field related to Finance. MBA or master's degree in finance, and you are interested in developing your career in the USA, this opportunity is for you.
The position will be based in Philadelphia (USA) and will have the mission of Planning and controlling finance activities (treasury, accounting, budgeting, cash management, financial analysis, costs and taxes).
What will be your Key Responsibilities?
· Responsible for ensuring strong compliance with the group's accounting policy, timely consolidation of weekly and monthly reports, planning the group's schedule and meeting established deadlines.
· Be a catalyst to report improvements, highlighting operational KPIs, cash and planning.
· Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior management by analyzing and reporting a robust executive information package.
· Coordinate the audit process and release of local AFS.
· Improve weekly reporting package through BI tools, focusing on operational performance, profitability and meeting reporting deadlines.
· Perform detailed analysis of financial statements to identify financial trends, risks and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
· Prepare group budgets and forecasts, including robust cash flow planning, ensuring that expenses and income remain within stipulated limits.
· Follow the group's accounting policies and reporting framework, ensuring compliance.
· Establish system controls for new financial systems and develop procedures to streamline processes and add compliance in the preparation of consolidated FFSS.
· Cooperate on a variety of other activities within the Corporate Finance function, such as financing activities in cooperation with the Corporate Treasury, governance/internal control activities; business administrator or insurance management
· Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, from senior management to local financial teams and collaborate closely on the implementation of global financial strategies.
Which are the requirements?
· Professional Title of Engineer in Management Control, Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineer expert in finance.
· It will be a plus to have an MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance.
· Previous experience in multinational companies, preferably in the agroindustrial sector.
· Between 3 to 7 years of work experience in the finance area preparing financial statements and annual budgets.
· Solid knowledge of accounting regulations, USGAP preferences.
· It will be a plus to have experience in IT data modeling
· Mastery of Business Intelligence and world-class ERP systems
· Bilingual English (Will be evaluated)
· Motivation to settle in the US, Philadelphia
