Purpose of the Functions:

• Looking for a Training and Development intern to take the following functions:
• Support the execution of the training programs for our regional service office team.
• Assist in the managing of our internal training platform, following up on our main indicators.
• Help onboardings process & delivering an excellent pre, during & post onboarding experience for new co-workers.
• Contribute to the design of development processes for the service office and the new Customer Meeting points.

Core Competences, Experience and Skills:

• Self-managed, goal oriented and passionate for people development.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Studies: Psychology, Commercial Engineering or a career in the field.
