Go-To-Market Operations Lead (Ads & Outbound)

Summary
We seek a Go-To-Market professional to own performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and outbound email. The foundations are in place—tracking, reporting, and executors—your mandate is to orchestrate, QA, and optimize so we consistently generate and book qualified demos for the sales team.

Responsibilities
Pipeline ownership: Ensure weekly demo targets are met across paid and outbound channels; proactively rebalance budget and effort.
Campaign stewardship: Oversee day-to-day performance of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and outbound email sequences; approve creatives, audiences, and offers.
Analytics & QA: Validate tracking (UTMs, conversions, events), monitor dashboards, and enforce data quality across CRM/marketing tools.
Experimentation: Run structured tests on messaging, landing pages, bids, audiences, and send times; document hypotheses and results.
Funnel optimization: Partner with Sales on lead scoring, SLA, and feedback loops; reduce no-show rates and shorten time-to-demo.
Forecasting & reporting: Maintain weekly forecasts, cohort views, and channel-level ROI; present concise insights and next actions.
Playbooks & process: Standardize campaign checklists, launch cadences, and post-mortems; enable operators/designers to execute reliably.

Requirements
3–5+ years in growth, demand gen, or GTM operations with hands-on oversight of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and outbound email.
Demonstrated ability to translate targets into channel plans, then manage executors to deliver.
Strong analytics literacy (conversion tracking, funnels, cohort/ROI views) and decision-making from data.
Experience collaborating with Sales (lead handoff, SLAs, feedback loops, no-show mitigation).
Excellent project management, documentation, and communication.

Nice to Have
Landing page testing (CRO), copy and creative briefing.
Experience with B2B SaaS or service businesses and demo-driven funnels.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Customer.io, Klaviyo).
Basic SQL or spreadsheet modeling for ad hoc analysis.

Tooling You’ll Touch
Ads: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager.
Outbound: Email sequencing tools (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist), inbox infrastructure/warmup.
Analytics & Stack: Google Analytics/GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, UTM governance; CRM & calendar for demo scheduling; A/B testing tools.

Working Model
Employment: Full-time (contract or employee).
Location: Remote; ability to collaborate within ET–PT overlap preferred.
Reports to: Head of Growth / Founder.
Compensation: Competitive base + performance bonus tied to qualified demo targets (define in offer).
