Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify, contact, and qualify potential partners, agents, and managed service providers (MSPs) for new business opportunities.
Outbound Outreach: Execute effective cold-calling strategies, as well as leverage email and social media, to engage prospects and nurture leads.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of IPFone’s products and services, enabling you to clearly communicate the benefits of our VoIP and UCaaS solutions.
Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads through the sales funnel, scheduling appointments for the sales team as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales to refine lead generation strategies and maximize conversion rates.
CRM Maintenance: Keep meticulous records of all sales activities and interactions within the CRM system.

Preferred Experience
Industry Background: Familiarity with VoIP, managed services, internet services, or software.
VoIP Expertise: Knowledge and hands-on experience with BroadSoft or similar VoIP platforms.
Technical Understanding: Exposure to phone systems, SIP phones, Hosted PBX, Unified Communications, and Internet services.
Network Know-How: Experience handling network devices like switches, routers, and firewalls is a plus.
