Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will support and coordinate Salesforce-related projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational project management skills, knowledge of the Salesforce platform, and a passion for driving business outcomes through technology.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables for Salesforce implementations, customizations, and enhancements.
Monitor project progress against milestones, identifying risks and issues early, and escalating them when necessary.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify project scope, and communicate timelines.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Business Analysts, and other team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Foster effective communication across teams, acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain project documentation including requirements, project plans, status reports, and training materials.
Track progress and prepare regular project status updates for senior managers and stakeholders.
Provide post-project documentation such as lessons learned and final deliverables.

Process Improvement
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Support the development of standardized templates, processes, and guidelines for managing Salesforce projects.
