We are seeking experienced Residential Project Architects to join our network. This is a contract-based role where you’ll receive regular project offers, each priced based on square footage. About the Role
As a Residential Interior Project Architect, you will:
Work on high-end residential interior renovations, including kitchens, bathrooms, and custom millwork projects.
Use Revit to create 3D BIM models and detailed construction documentation.
Texture and render BIM models using Twinmotion / Revit for export to 3D panoramas.
Produce BIM models at different levels of design, from LOD 200 schematic designs to LOD 350 construction documentation.
Collaborate with the estimating team to generate project budgets by providing detailed quantity take-offs.
Source products and document project specifications for materials, furniture, and millwork.
Assemble architectural documents for approvals, bidding, and vendor purchase orders.
Prepare design presentations including material palettes, product specifications, plans, elevations, renderings, and 3D walkthroughs.
Required Skills & Software
Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD for detailed drawings.
Proficiency with Twinmotion and basic rendering skills.
Strong experience in residential architecture, including interior layouts and detailing.
Demonstrated expertise in high-end residential millwork detailing.
Ability to produce construction drawings and specifications.
Experience in material selection for residential projects.
Familiarity with 3D rendering tools (e.g., Twinmotion) for design presentations.
